We are thrilled to welcome composer and pianist Eric Christian to Clefer. Over the coming weeks, five of his compositions will be added to the app, starting with I Love You When I Drink Champagne. To mark the September 25 release, we invite you to take part in a community challenge that celebrates the joy of practice and connection.

You can explore all five of Eric’s pieces in Clefer for free, for a limited time. Each one comes with guided practice steps so you can learn the piece step by step, while the Clefer Coach listens to your play and gives you instant real-time feedback. The app also includes exclusive videos from Eric with tips and insights on how to play and enjoy each piece.

Practice with Eric and share your journey

This challenge is all about valuing the practice itself, the steps, the effort, and the small wins, just as much as the performance. We want to highlight the moments of practice where you grow, explore, and connect with the music. Join in by using Clefer’s video recording feature to capture your practice directly in the app and share it on TikTok or Instagram. Tag @cleferapp and @ericchristian to take part.

The more consistently you post, the greater your chances of winning a spot in the live Q&A with Eric. We will also be reposting videos from the challenge on our channels. The campaign runs until November 15, 2025. At the end, five participants will be drawn to join Eric in a live Q&A session on Zoom on December 10, 2025, where you can ask him questions and take part in a conversation about his music and creative process.
