You can request deletion of your Clefer Piano account and its associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
In the app:
Open Clefer Piano and go to your Profile screen → Settings → Delete Account, then follow the prompts to confirm.
By email:
Email support@clefer.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account." If you can't send from that address, include your account email or username so we can verify the request.
What gets deleted
Once your request is verified, we permanently delete your account and the personal data tied to it — your profile, learning progress, and settings.
What we may retain
We may keep limited information where required by law or for legitimate business needs, such as transaction and billing records for tax and accounting, or records needed to prevent fraud and abuse. Anything retained is kept only as long as required and then deleted.
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 3 days and email you a confirmation once your account is removed.
